Tariff
The cottage is available for occupation from 4pm on the date of arrival until 10am on the day of departure. Bookings run from Saturday to Saturday.
The following prices are inclusive of bed linen, heating & electricity.
| 13th March - 27th March 2010: | £300 weekly |
| 27th March - 3rd April 2010: | £380 weekly |
| 10th April - 22nd May 2010: | £350 weekly |
| 29th May - 19th June 2010: | £380 weekly |
| 26th June - 28th August 2010: | £425 weekly |
| 4th September - 25th September 2010: | £380 weekly |
| 2nd October - 30th October 2010: | £350 weekly |
| 6th November - 18th December 2010: | £300 weekly |
| Christmas & New Year breaks: | £75 per night (minimum 4 night stay) |
If required, towels can be hired at a supplement of £5 per person.
For the comfort of others, guests are advised that smoking is not permitted in this property.
One well-behaved dog will be accepted by prior arrangement, provided it is kept out of bedrooms and off furniture. A supplement of £10 per week will apply.
Short breaks may be available in autumn and winter: please contact us to discuss your requirements.
A deposit of £50 per week is required on booking, the balance being payable 6 weeks prior to the date of arrival. For bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival date, the full rental is payable at the time of booking.
