The entrance is off the quiet street away from the sea and the accommodation is all on one level.
The sitting room has not only a sea view but also:

- a small library of maps and books of local interest
- a dining table and chairs
The well-equipped kitchen comes with all modern facilities:
- fridge/freezer
- electric cooker with ceramic hob

- washing machine
- coffee maker, toaster, etc.
- breakfast table and benches
The double bedroom, furnished in country pine, with:
- a view straight out to sea
- double wardrobe
- dressing table
- two bedside chests
- under-stairs cupboard for suitcases, etc.

A small upstairs room houses the central heating boiler and doubles as a drying room. In the small yard outside there is also a rotary line. Bathroom facilities include a shower over the bath.
There is plenty room for parking on the quiet street right outside the cottage.
Although the cottage has not been specifically adapted for disabled guests, it may be suitable for those with limited mobility, since all the main rooms are at ground level.
